With a balanced diet you can keep your body fit and active. Your daily intake should include the following:

  • several portions of fruit and vegetables provide vitamins for the body
  • dairy products such as yogurt or cheese to provide protective calcium for the bones
  • fiber, in bread made with different kinds of flour or whole grain products, keeps digestion moving.


A diet without too much fat is an ideal anti-aging regimen and helps reduce the risk of disease. And if you want to lose weight: start slowly and preferably cut back on the proportion of fat in your food instead of going hungry. You will then be able to maintain a lower weight, even in the long term.
